I’m giving a shout out to all you amazing mothers out there. You’re all doing a great job.
I have more cook once, eat twice meals for you this week. The “cook once” recipes are all very fast and easy or sheet-pan-esque and I’ve got shrimp and chorizo, chicken and steak on the lineup for you! We’re admittedly a protein-forward family, but each meal has a veg option and starch included for a complete, balanced meal. You can always add cooked, canned beans to these recipes. Shopping list (organized by recipe, with a full master list) included.
