Buy (and Cook) Once, Use Twice again, plus some new recipes!
We’re on a spend diet right now so as you can see, I’ve been on a cross-utilization (that’s an industry term for when chefs use the same ingredient for multiple dishes to be more cost effective) kick where you buy one ingredient and use it a couple times or cook once and use leftovers for another meal.
