Beans, legumes and grains!
We’re still in National Nutrition Month in March—tomorrow’s newsletter will cover cooking grains and legumes with my chef friend Chef Jay “Jay Z” Ziobrowski, who spent many years as corporate chef for InHarvest, an artisan, natural whole grain company. Chef Jay Z lost over 100 pounds before the Ozempic days just cutting down portions and increasing his plant proteins like lentils and whole grains like quinoa.
