Chef Jeffrey Schlissel is a talented chef with more than four decades of experience spanning restaurants, private clubs, and hospitality operations. Throughout his career, Chef Jeffrey has worked across a range of cuisines and formats, from French technique to Asian cooking methods, and most recently, Indian cooking. Chef Jeffrey helped open the popular Atma restaurant outpost at Widowmaker brewery in Boston. Atma recently landed in the top five new restaurants in Boston rated by Belly! The restaurant regularly has a line down the street now.
